Our Free UPS Return Shipping allows you to return your purchase to our warehouse at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery. Please note, for any claims regarding orders not received, the return window is 15 days from the date marked as ‘delivered’ by the courier, but which you have not received.

Alternatively, you can return your order for free at any of our Cyclesfashion stores. Simply bring your proof of purchase and the original packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. You will see the refund as a credit on your billing statement according to your card provider’s processing time. If your purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be emailed to you. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is authorized.

Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your original payment method.

Please Note:

We cannot accept returns for customized products or engraved items.
Store purchases must be returned in-store and cannot be returned via mail.
You will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding any non-refundable fees or taxes.
Instructions for Returning Online Purchases
Returning your online purchases is easy and always free. Please follow the steps below, depending on the type of product you purchased:

1. Standard Sunglasses and Prescription Frames (excluding custom or engraved products):
Return via UPS:

a) Go to “Order Status” on our website and enter your order number and the email address used for the order.
b) Follow the instructions to print your Return Label and Authorization.
c) Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and manuals received with your product.
d) Attach the pre-paid Return Label to the package, covering any previous labels.
e) Once your package is secured, you have two options:

Schedule a Pick-up: Visit UPS Pick-up Services to book a free pick-up from your location.
Drop-off at a UPS Location: Find a UPS drop-off location at UPS Drop-off Locator to return your package.
Returns typically take 30 business days to be received and processed by our warehouse. You can track your return via the UPS website at www.ups.com.

Purchases made on our website can also be returned to any Cyclesfashion store (excluding outlet locations and airports). Some exceptions may apply, such as for collaborations and customized orders.

Return a 3rd Party Website Order

For items purchased through one of our third-party retailers, please return the item to the retailer you purchased from, following their specific return policy.

Return Policy Details

All items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items should be unused and in resalable condition. If we receive returned items that do not meet our return requirements, the return will be declined. For any non-compliant returns, you authorize us to charge your original payment method for the full amount of the non-compliant return or reverse any previously issued refunds.

If you return items purchased as part of a second-pair promotion, both pairs must be returned to receive a full refund. If you return only one item, the full retail price of the retained item will be deducted from the refund amount. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued to the email address on file for the order.
